Lampson regularly supply equipment to major contractors that hire the balance of cranes or equipment required to fulfill project requirements. By leasing cranes and using specialist Engineering Services as required to help complete projects the lead time to acquire and capital expenditure are greatly reduced.
At Roy Hill Mine in Western Australia, a range of fully site compliant cranes were supplied by Lampson to supplement the contractors equipment and services; equipment on bare and dry lease were 2 x 600 tonne Manitowoc M18000’s, 400 tonne Manitowoc M16000, 250 tonne Manitowoc M999, 90 tonne Manitowoc M222 and 110 tonne Grove RT-9130 Rough Terrain Cranes. Tower sections and steel foundation mats provided by Lampson gave temporary support for Reclaimer Boom assembly.
